THE BIRTH OF CREATIVITY
Authentic creative expression emerges from the meeting of male and female energy. Through painting, we explore the unique ways in which these two aspects of ourselves express themselves, discovering their differences, qualities, and individual nature.
Playing with colour and using exercises from Meera’s Primal Painting process, we reconnect with the original joy of self-expression that may have been lost through conditioning or upbringing.
Through specific exercises, we come into contact with our inner man and inner woman, while our paintings become a mirror through which we can recognise their different preferences, qualities, and ways of expressing themselves.
Painting becomes a way to discover these inner aspects and reawaken their joy, innocence, spontaneity, and aliveness.
When our inner woman and inner man can meet and join hands, without either trying to dominate the other, a space opens for true and authentic creativity to be born.
What we discover through painting can then become a deeper understanding that we bring into all areas of our life—balancing action and receptivity, direction and intuition, strength and sensitivity.
