Body-oriented Counselor and Bioenergetic Exercise Class Facilitator,
Meditation Facilitator and Feng Shui Consultant

Leela Federica Araco is a body-oriented counselor with a focus on Bioenergetics, and she leads Bioenergetic exercise classes designed to release psycho-physical tension and restore connection with one’s inner vitality.

In 2012, she completed her training in Neo-Reichian Energy and Bodywork with Aneesha Dillon, and was part of the teaching faculty for the Italian Osho Pulsation Bodywork training until 2020.

Her work integrates body, breath, movement, and emotional expression, blending Western humanistic approaches with Eastern meditative practices. She has been facilitating Osho active meditations, teaching Mindfulness, and since 2019, she is also a professional Feng Shui consultant, offering space readings and energetic harmonization for living and working environments.
