During the training, you will have the opportunity to explore and deepen meditation through various techniques from both Western and Eastern traditions.

OPH® Energy Path is a method created by Upadhi and Chidvilas in Osho’s Ashram in the 1980s, drawing also from Osho’s responses to their questions about the circulation of energies.
The OPH® method follows a structured training path, starting with a Basic Training, after which you can deepen your knowledge by participating in two specialized Master programs:
Beyond Shock – OPH® Method (reserved for those who have completed the OPH® Energy Path Basic Training)
Energetic Structures – OPH® Method (reserved for those who have completed the OPH® Energy Path Basic Training)
In addition, the OPH® method also offers another pathway: Memory Access Training, open to everyone upon interview.
