Dissolving Guilt - ONLINE
Il corso è in attesa di una nuova programmazione, scrivici per ulteriori info.
Dissolving Guilt is the first of two online workshops with Upadhi & Sajeela to explore what are the aspects and situations that restrict us and what we need to let go of in order to go further and start expanding new awareness.
Two half days accompanying us in a process of disidentification from the past.
Saturday 2nd January 2021 from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm
Sunday 3rd January 2021 from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
To identify oneself as "he who bears the guilt" is to bring a simple set of painful thoughts to the level of identity.
In this workshop you will explore the illusory nature of guilt, while learning to recognise what situations involve real responsibility.
You will discover how an illusion can have such a strong impact on your psyche and your life and how it keeps you compressed and...driveable!
In a space of deep acceptance this workshop will give you the practical tools to get rid of it.
You will gain more confidence and more responsibility in encouraging your vital energy, your intelligence, your spontaneity to express yourself freely.

"This question of guilt has to be understood; otherwise, you will listen to me and you will not be able to follow. Then you will feel guilty. And I am here to make you happy, not to make you guilty. A guilty person is an ill person. A guilty person is a poisoned person. A guilty person is not in harmony; he is in an inner conflict. He wants to do something and is always doing something else, just the opposite. The rift grows bigger and bigger, and the bridge becomes more and more impossible. Guilt creates schizophrenia: you become two persons, or even many. You become a crowd; you become polypsychic - you lose unity." OSHO
