Entering a dimension of settling and presence is essential to recognize the vital forces that manifest themselves in us and in the other.
Practicing a state of neutral allows us to calm down and develop a new way of communicating through silence. This generates a space in which the body has the opportunity to reset itself, regenerate itself, flourish again.
Especially in these times there is a fundamental need to cultivate a state of settling, presence and listening so that we can recognize health in us and in others.

One of the fundamental principles of Craniosacral Biodynamics is the orientation towards Health seen as a state and a force also present in discomfort and illness.
In training you learn to recognize the presence of Health as an innate organizing force and not as a lack of symptoms. Opening a direct contact with the Health forces is like recognizing the presence of the sun beyond the clouds. Sometimes it may not be evident, but it is a constant, life-giving presence that can be felt intimately. One of the precious gifts that Craniosacral Biodynamics offers.
The rhythms of nature - April 15 with Kavi and Bhadrena
In Craniosacral Biodynamics, we observe the spontaneous ability of the body to develop and stay healthy.
This ability is revealed when we listen to the way natural forces express themselves through constant cyclic rhythms.
Learning to perceive and recognize these natural rhythms is one of the most touching experiences of the training. We come into contact with a profound and primordial vital aspect, the breath of life.
Being aware and listening to the rhythms of life in us and in others, allows our body to remember and access its original resources. A practice to keep us in good health.
