This workshop is the first step in learning Watsu®, an innovative practice, which combines the principles of the ancient art of Shiatsu, with the effects of water at body temperature. It is above all an experiential group, where the focus is on the pleasure of learning the basics and principles of this natural discipline, a discipline of well-being alternating between land and water. The structure includes moments of individual exploration in the water, aimed at enhancing the sense of aquatic grounding and fluidity, and moments exchanging in couples, where through the learning of a simple sequence of movements, it is possible to experience the qualities of supporting and being supported. You will learn how to move in the water, maintaining stability and balance but at the same time fluid, thus increasing your centering. The experience on land will reinforce the experience in the water, for example we will experiment with the practice of Tantsu, which has the qualities of support and welcome typical of Watsu, even on the solidity of the earth. Learning and experience will be supported by tools such as: AI-CHI (TAI-CHI in water), active meditation techniques, such as Osho Kundalini, experimented in water, breathing experiences, dance and grounding energy techniques. At the end of the group you will have learned a short and simple sequence of Watsu movements to share with friends and acquaintances, that brings with it all the main qualities of this extraordinary practice. You will benefit from a renewed sense of calm, relaxation and well-being with the release of body tensions. You will have a new ability to stay in the water, a new way of relating to others thanks to a non-verbal communication that leaves space for a respectful and non-invasive body contact. The qualities of water will allow you to gain a deep trust in yourself and in the other. Although this is an experiential seminar, it can also be the first step in a professional training as a facilitator of Watsu®. To participate, no previous experiences are required. This group is addressed to all those who wish to deepen their relationship with the element of water, giving themselves a weekend of relaxation and pleasant well-being.
