A WORKSHOP FOR INNER SEARCH
The first thing that shows up as soon as you wake up is him: your inner judge.
Sometimes it’s a vague tension. Other times it’s a clear voice that pushes you, reproaches you or holds you back.
The inner judge is that invisible force which constantly evaluates, compares, controls, punishes — and which often guides our choices far more than we imagine.
It’s always there, in the background: while you work, in your relationships, during meditation, even when you try to relax. And yet, it is so normal it goes unnoticed.
But until you recognise it, you are not truly free.
Shame, guilt, insecurity? Perhaps this isn’t you. Perhaps a judgment is speaking. If you wake up tired of yourself, maybe it’s time to meet the one speaking in your head. Your true voice is deeper than judgment. Come and meet it.
The judge wants you to stay the same. You were born to evolve.
This course is an experience to recognise, understand and transform the voices that limit you. An inner journey to break the chains of judgment and access awareness. A meeting with the most critical part of you — in order to free yourself from it.
Your inner judge is the past making the rules. You are the present who can choose. As long as there is judgment, there is no peace. As long as there is consciousness, there is no awareness.
The inner judge speaks the language of fear. You can learn the language of freedom.
You are not the voice that criticises you, you are the one who can listen to it… and let it go.
Who are you when your judge is silent?
This course is to discover who’s in charge inside you and how to reclaim power. Don’t fight the judge: observe it, understand it, transcend it, go beyond it.
In these days we learn how to recognise the one speaking inside us and how to defuse the voice that conditions you. How to quiet it, without fighting it, how to dis‑identify. It’s the end of self‑sabotage.
It’s a journey to unmask the superego and reclaim yourself. A journey from the critical gaze to compassionate awareness, from control to presence.
An experiential meeting with your true nature. A journey towards inner freedom.
WHAT WE DO
In this workshop we explore the inner judge together from different perspectives — psychological, meditative and experiential — to bring clarity, understanding and transformation to this pervasive inner voice.
Through tools of self‑inquiry, Inquiry techniques, sharing moments, guided meditations, emotional work, we experiment how to:
• Recognise the signs of the inner judge: guilt, shame, performance anxiety, blocks, self‑criticism.
• Understand its origin: the Superego, parental introjections, social and spiritual conditioning.
• Dis‑identify from the judge: realise, even experientially, that “that voice is not you”.
• Open a space of listening and presence: discover who you are when judgement is silent.
• Integrate and transform: welcome the judge as part of the story, not as the protagonist of your life.
WHAT ARE INQUIRY TECHNIQUES?
They are tools for conscious, deep and non‑intellectual self‑inquiry. They allow you to enter direct contact with your inner truth. They serve to bring clarity where there is confusion, to be able to see beyond mental stories, to dis‑identify from emotions, beliefs, judgments. They help explore who we really are, beyond the inner judge, beyond the psychological self, beyond the past.
This workshop is well‑structured and uses multiple techniques in synergy.
Moments of individual inquiry in silence, dyad sessions (pairs) with guiding questions, group work to share insights and process the experience. Bodily integration with movement, breath and active meditation techniques.
This work on the inner judge fosters a series of subtle and transformative insights, which happen when we are truly present with a real question. Real questions are simple but radical, they invite the person to stay with what is, to go beyond mental stories and to touch living truth of experience. They are doors to a non‑conceptual experience of Self, just like in working with Zen koans. They are moments of authentic vision.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
“Until there is consciousness, there cannot be awareness.” — OSHO
The inner judge is often mistaken for the “voice of conscience” or ethical sense.
But true awareness does not judge, does not impose, does not punish.
Whether you are a young therapist, a facilitator, or a person on a path towards greater spiritual authenticity, this work helps you to:
• Free yourself from perfectionism and the sense of inadequacy;
• Be more present, compassionate and centred in working with others;
• Cultivate a spiritual practice that is quieter, truer and not contaminated by judgment.
WHO IT’S FOR?
• Anyone who feels they are “too critical of themselves” and wishes for a new way of relating to themselves.
• Young psychologists, counsellors, therapists or students in training;
• Facilitators or space‑holders who work with body, emotions and presence;
• People on a spiritual path (Zen, Advaita, Sufism, Non‑duality, Meditation …).

COME WITH CURIOSITY AND DISCOVER THAT…
The inner judge is not to be eliminated, but to be understood.
When you stop fighting it and start observing it, a new space opens: a space of presence, truth, peace.
In this workshop we do not seek perfection. We seek truth and freedom. With dedication, with gentleness, with depth, together.
