As a young woman, Ritu Paola Caffi was actively involved in the political and feminist movements. In 1978, she hitchhiked to India, where she met her spiritual master, Osho. Over the following twelve years, she lived in Osho communities in India and Oregon, USA, deepening her journey in meditation and awareness.
After Osho’s passing, she spent fourteen years in a small Himalayan community devoted to meditation. Participating in the Path of Love awakened in her the desire to share her experience and support others on their own inner journey.
Today, Ritu is a counselor specializing in the resolution of shock trauma and developmental trauma, a Path of Love facilitator, and a biodynamic craniosacral therapist. She also leads women’s groups dedicated to personal growth and transformation.
Ritu is passionate about supporting people in recognizing and releasing the identifications that limit their freedom, helping them reconnect with their authentic Self. Osho’s invitation to “clean the unconscious” has profoundly shaped her own path and continues to inspire her work with others.
With a warm and compassionate presence, Ritu creates a safe and trusting space where self-exploration can become a deeply transformative experience.
