Sajeela met Osho in 1985 in Oregon, and later in Poona, where she began her journey of inner exploration through meditation, courses, and training.

Over the past 15 years, she has collaborated with Upadhi in leading courses and training in energy harmonization, access to cellular memories, the OPH® method, and workshops on chakra energy.

She is a Reiki Master teacher and has extensive experience in meditation and energy exploration. She has been leading group sessions and offering individual sessions for many years.

Training

From 1987 to 1992, in Poona, India, at the Multiversity Ashram, she studied holistic massage techniques, breath therapy, metaphysical energy perception, and became a Reiki Master.

From 1993 to 1995, in the United States at the Sedona Academy, she followed a path in esoteric sciences, metaphysical readings, and energy healing.

From 1998 for ten years, she served as co-director of the Osho Miasto Institute, where her experience in the commune enriched her skills and qualities.

She is co-director of the OPH® Energy Path program.
