This workshop is a direct exploration of belief systems.
It’s a journey that guides you from superficial ideas to deeply rooted convictions, helping you discover how your energy can be released and used creatively.
You begin by exploring what we think we know — ideas, interpretations, points of view — the more superficial mental patterns that can change easily. Step by step, you then encounter the beliefs formed during adulthood, which are more resistant but still transformable. Finally, you move toward the deepest convictions, those rooted since childhood, with which we identify and that often touch sensitive areas within us.
Along this path, you learn to observe what unconsciously guides you, recognizing patterns, thoughts, and emotions that limit your presence and well-being. It is a process that requires attention and awareness, because wherever there is identification, there is resistance and sometimes pain.
Through meditation techniques and guided exercises that help you stay present, you learn not to react automatically, not to avoid, and to connect with what is with greater clarity. In this way, you begin to understand what you can let go of, freeing energy that until now has been absorbed by patterns, beliefs, and repetitive habits.
The course also includes an energy work component with OPH®, which supports the rebalancing of vital energy in the body, releases tension, and naturally accompanies your inner exploration.
As these structures gradually loosen, your energy is freed: it becomes available, fluid, and less scattered. This energy, now more alive, can be used creatively — to feel, choose, create, and bring presence and clarity into your daily life.
Creativity then becomes an inner guide, a tool to refine your perception and trust your intuition, helping you find new answers closer to who you truly are.
This course is an invitation to explore your inner world directly and transformatively, from surface layers to the deepest levels, to release energy and live with greater lightness, freedom, and fullness.
