WARTER EXPERIENCE
A journey through warm water to rediscover connection, lightness, and trust.
Into Healing Dance is an experience that relaxes, heals, and transforms — a dance of breath, presence, and freedom.
LET YOURSELF BE CRADLED BY THE BREATH OF THE WATER
Imagine floating in warm water, held in caring arms that support you, move you, stretch you, and dance with you.
This is Healing Dance®, a holistic aquatic technique that transforms movement into medicine and touch into healing.
During the Into Healing Dance workshop, you’ll experience the essence of this practice: you’ll learn what it means to both receive and offer a session, entering the flow of breath and movement.
WHAT IS HEALING DANCE®
Created in 1993, Healing Dance is a form of aquatic bodywork in warm water (34–35°C) that combines dance, meditation, and mindful touch.
The practitioner supports and accompanies the receiver through a fluid sequence of waves, oscillations, and stretches, creating a state of deep relaxation and lightness.
The body lets go, the mind becomes still, and within the water, movement becomes a space of healing and freedom.
