Trusting Spontaneity

LET GO OF CONTROL

Trust your spontaneity and let life express itself through you, without needing to direct it.

Trusting Spontaneity is a four-day journey into the heart of creativity — an invitation to rediscover trust, to rely on the vital flow that emerges when we stop trying to do things “right” and simply allow ourselves to be.

Through painting, body work, movement, and silence, we rediscover the naturalness of gesture, the pleasure of color, the joy of not knowing.

When attention shifts from the result to the experience, the creative act becomes an act of presence — a shared breath with existence.

AWAKENING THE RIGHT HEMISPHERE

Our culture has trained almost exclusively the left hemisphere of the brain — the logical, rational, efficient part — neglecting the other half, the one that connects us to life in an intuitive and sensitive way.

The right hemisphere holds essential and forgotten functions: intuition, spontaneity, imagination, global perception, and symbolic language.

It is the seat of poetic intelligence and deep feeling, of dreaming and effortless creativity.

When this part awakens, perception expands, vital energy flows, and a new quality of presence is born: softer, more receptive, more alive.

Creativity is not something to do, but something to receive.

We are not protagonists who control, but channels through which life flows and reveals itself in its natural rhythm.

This process transforms our relationship with life: it brings clarity and lightness to work, authenticity to relationships, and presence to every daily gesture.

To trust spontaneity means to surrender courageously to the flow of life, allowing existence itself to guide us.

METHODOLOGY

This course offers practices that weave together creativity, awareness, and relational techniques:

• Process-based and meditative painting – to express emotions and inner states beyond judgment.
• Self-inquiry – guided introspective moments to give voice to what emerges through the creative process.
• Reading and sharing of the paintings – using images as mirrors that reveal, through empathic dialogue that widens perception and feeling.
• Empathic communication – to transform relationships into a space of presence and authentic listening.
• Playful and embodied practices – painting with closed eyes, dancing with music, exchanging paintings, trust exercises, and playful work to awaken spontaneity and inner freedom.

WHO IT IS FOR

This path is open to:

• those who wish to explore art as a way to know themselves and cultivate inner freedom
• professionals in the helping relationship (counselors, therapists, teachers, social and healthcare workers)
• teachers and artists interested in integrating a meditative, transformative approach into their practice
• anyone who feels the desire to restore trust in their natural expression, beyond judgment and performance

“The spontaneous person is innocent. He has a quality that only children have, and that is the meaning of purity, innocence. He has the quality that animals have and the trees have and which man has lost.
To be spontaneous means not to act out of the past, because out of the past is all cunningness, cleverness, calculation, arithmetic. When you act in the moment and it has no reference to your past, the action has a beauty, a purity — the same as a small child’s act.”
OSHO, Don’t Look Before You Leap
