AN EXPERIENTIAL JOURNEY BETWEEN VIBRATIONS AND SILENCE
A listening path to let yourself be touched by vibrations, warm water, and silence.
An invitation to slow down, to pause the rhythm of daily life, and gently enter the space of sound.
The Sound of the 5 Elements is an experiential journey, an exploration of one’s inner space, an itinerary of sensing that leads to receptivity, perception, and contact with the living source of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Mahendra guides the group with presence and simplicity, while gongs, bowls, and ancestral instruments open gateways of listening in the body, in the breath, and into an ever-deepening silence.
THE INVITATION TO SUBTLE LISTENING
Each element gives rise to a soundscape: an atmosphere that welcomes, supports, and awakens forgotten qualities.
There is nothing to achieve—only to allow the flow of energy which, spontaneously, harmonizes body, mind, and spirit.
Earth – the stability that supports, the step that roots
Water – the softness that envelops, the continuity of movement
Fire – the heat that transforms, the light that ignites
Air – the lightness that expands, the formless dance
Ether – the emptiness that contains, the space that breathes
The Sagar pool, the forest, and the meditation spaces of Miasto become silent companions, making each experience more natural, intimate, and immersive.
OPEN SESSIONS AND SPECIAL MOMENTS
Three moments are open to those who simply want a taste of the journey:
Friday evening – Introduction to the 5 Elements
Saturday afternoon – Kundalini in water
Saturday evening – Gong Bath
A simple way to approach the world of sound and the quiet that accompanies it.
WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR
For those seeking calm, breath, grounding.
For those who want to be touched by sound and rediscover the body as a place of meditation.
For those who wish to regenerate, listen to themselves, and find their natural rhythm again.
For those who want to spend time in a silent environment, immersed in nature.
No experience is required—only a willingness to feel.
WEEKEND PROGRAM
FRIDAY EVENING
Friday evening – Introduction to the 5 Elements (open to all)
A sound meditation to gently enter the space of listening.
Gongs and ancestral instruments evoke the five elements, like doors opening one after another.
A simple and welcoming meeting that prepares the ground for those who wish to continue the journey.
SATURDAY
Saturday morning – Earth
Grounding, stability, solidity, steadiness
The Earth Gong, the Shamanic Drum, the “Fifth” Tubular Bells, and the Planetary Bowls awaken the body’s memory and reconnect us with the earth.
The deep vibrations become support, presence, grounding.
Finally, a walk in the woods: the step that meets the earth, the breath aligning with the rhythm of the trees.
Saturday afternoon – Water
Fluidity, cohesion
An experiential session in the Sagar pool, where warm water embraces and cradles.
The fluid sounds of the Neptune Gong, Ocean Bowls, Ocean Drum, Didgeridoo, and Triton Shell accompany slow, soft, almost whispered movements.
5:00 PM – Kundalini in water (open to all)
A vibrant meditation: the body dances, energy rises, water amplifies every breath.
Saturday evening – Gong Bath (open to all)
A sound bath where Symphonic Gongs, Infinity Gongs, Moon Gong, Angel Harp, and Crystal Bowls create waves, landscapes, inner spaces.
The body listens, surrenders, allows itself to be moved.
The final silence descends like a caress.
SUNDAY
Sunday morning – Air / Ether
Emptiness, space, openness, silence
Koshi chimes, Shruti Box, Tibetan bowls, Crystal Harp, and Triton Shell open a more subtle listening.
Sound becomes wind, breath, space—and finally silence.
Ether receives all sounds, dissolves them, transforms them.
The journey completes with the Cosmic Gong, Sun Gong, and Crystal Bowls, guiding toward quiet, presence, and inner luminosity.
Followed by a sharing circle: words arising spontaneously, lightly.
Sunday afternoon – Fire
Heat, light, energy, rhythm, transformation
A time to dance the energy of Fire.
The drum calls, rhythm ignites, energy creates and transforms.
