These days, inspired by the studies of Willhelm Reich and his student Charles Kelley, we immerse ourselves in the exploration of the pulsation that animates our body and our emotions.Each of us carries an intrinsic uniqueness, a rhythm of breathing that shapes our system and is intertwined with the fabric of life itself.
In this workshop you have the opportunity to deepen the connection with your individual pulse in relation to the environment in which you live.
It is a special occasion to re-establish and strengthen the micro and macrocosmic relationship that constantly connects us to the flow of life.
Through physical movement, breathing work, and paying attention to the moods and sensations that arise within and around you, we create a space in which to let go of physical and emotional tensions.
