Even the lightness of our being, our joy, and creativity are deeply rooted in our past.
As children, we already experienced these essential qualities, but often no one fully acknowledged their value, and we lost touch with them.
We need to remember and feel them again. Rediscovering them means reopening the door to the vitality and freedom of our authentic self.
In this workshop, you will be guided to:
Reconnect with the child within you, learning once again to listen to your deepest needs and desires.
Discover the adult within you, who can care for the inner child and appreciate its qualities, understanding how they can transform your life today.
Experience the difference between a reaction rooted in the past and a mature response to present circumstances.
This course is open to anyone who wants to meet the child within themselves and represents a first step towards the Primal.
MAP – Miasto Awareness Program
MAP Miasto Awareness Program is a multiversity of awareness open to everyone.
It is a map, a journey of self-knowledge that unfolds over the course of the year, from April to December, through a series of weekend workshops covering the main themes of personal growth work.
Through different techniques and multiple facilitators, it allows participants to experience various approaches.
A consistent practice throughout the year, a continuous support over time, and a fixed opportunity to reconnect with meditation.
