OSHO DEVAVANI MEDITATION
In this meditation, a language unknown to you — gentle and caressing — begins to move and speak through the meditator, who becomes an empty vessel, a channel, a medium.
This technique deeply relaxes the mind and creates inner peace.
It can be practiced at any time of the day; if done as the last activity before sleep, it also brings deep rest.
This meditation must be practiced using the specific music for OSHO Devavani Meditation, which rhythmically marks and energetically supports the different stages.
Instructions
The meditation lasts one hour and consists of four stages.
It ends with three gong beats.
Keep your eyes closed throughout.
First stage: 15 minutes
Sit quietly and listen to the music.
Second stage: 15 minutes
Start making meaningless sounds — for example, “La la la…” — and continue until sounds resembling unknown words begin to emerge.
These sounds should come from the part of the brain that is unfamiliar to you — the one used in childhood before learning language.
Let your tone be soft, as if you were in a gentle conversation; do not cry, shout, laugh, or scream.
Third stage: 15 minutes
Stand up and continue speaking this unknown language, allowing your body to move gently in harmony with the sounds.
If your body is relaxed, subtle energies will create a Latihan — a spontaneous, unstructured movement, beyond your control.
Fourth stage: 15 minutes
Lie down and remain silent and still.
Osho descrive questa meditazione
“Quando l’inconscio parla, l’inconscio non conosce una lingua. È un metodo molto antico: “parlare in lingue”. È un metodo meraviglioso, uno dei più profondi per penetrare nell’inconscio.”
