The higher the tree goes in the sky, the deeper the roots have to reach.” OSHO, When the Shoe Fits: Stories of the Tao
THE TREE OF LIFE: THE STRENGTH OF OUR ANCESTORS AND GROUNDING
Paint Your Roots is an experiential journey of inner reconnection through the body, intuitive painting, and the systemic exploration of our family dynamics.
We may often sense imbalances within our family of origin and in our everyday relationships, also connected to the presence of ancestors who have not been seen, acknowledged, or included.
Through a safe and protected process, this artistic journey invites us to symbolically bring each member back to their rightful place of belonging, also welcoming those who have been forgotten and caring for our roots in order to create a more solid inner ground.
This is an experiential journey to encounter, through art, what supports us, what belongs to us, and what still asks to be acknowledged.
We enter a creative and sensory process in which movement, painting, meditation, and nature intertwine, accompanying us towards a deeper connection with our story and with the strength of the generations who came before us.
The forest, the trees, and the symbolic language of painting become tools for listening and exploration, opening us to new perspectives on the way we are in the world and on how we experience ourselves as grounded.
Through the image of the seed that sinks its roots deep into the earth and reaches towards the sky, we give shape to our own personal Tree of Life: a powerful image of our story, our strength, and our unique way of blossoming.
Art accompanies us in a process of free and intuitive expression, beyond the boundaries of the rational mind, allowing images, symbols, and personal meanings to emerge.
It is an opportunity to encounter our roots with a new perspective and transform what emerges into awareness, presence, and inner strength.
The journey is supported by active meditations, expressive writing, body practices, rituals, and moments of connection with nature.
An intense and deeply personal experience, culminating in the creation of our own Tree of Life and in moments of sharing and celebration.

“Just as the tree grows upwards, man grows upwards. Man is a kind of tree. But remember always, when the tree grows upwards its roots meanwhile are growing downwards. […]The bigger the tree, the deeper it has to go low-wards, downwards. The roots go into the soil and the branches grow into the sky, and there is a great balance.” OSHO, I Say Unto You
