Who Is In is an intensive three-day awareness retreat where you begin the journey of discovering who you truly are. Through the practice of Inquiry, you engage with powerful questions that allow deep insights and unexpected answers to emerge.
Guided by the two Zen koans, “Who am I?” and “Who is in?”, the retreat unfolds as a profound and wholehearted exploration of your inner world. These two fundamental existential questions point in a single direction—within—and lead you back home to yourself. Together, we move beyond the identities we believe ourselves to be, beyond the masks and layers of personality, to reach the true heart of our being. Through direct experience, you discover who you truly are and the nature of the reality around you, in a moment of awareness that dissolves separation and conditioning.
Everything you have ever searched for outside yourself, everything you have postponed for another time or projected onto someone else, is here, now. It has always been here. It is the direct experience of Being, of no-mind.
Traditionally, koan practice was carried out in silence, facing a wall in Zen monasteries. In this retreat, the practice takes place in front of a partner. The presence and support of another person create a dynamic field of shared energy, allowing the process to deepen and unfold more rapidly.
These three days are devoted entirely to yourself—an opportunity to reconnect with and rest in your true nature. Returning to your inner home is a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience. The retreat offers a carefully structured and immersive process designed to help you sustain your attention on the energies moving within you.
The only requirements for this journey are a love of truth and a sincere commitment to inner exploration. The retreat is residential and takes place in a protected environment, in silence and in seclusion.
This retreat cultivates the practice of mindful presence so that it becomes a living support in your everyday life. It enhances your ability to communicate, to listen deeply to others, and above all, to yourself. By clearing the body-mind system of accumulated mental and emotional clutter, you rediscover your most precious treasure: your true Self.
