In ancient shamanic traditions, the Ritual of the Original Face is an initiatory passage.
A journey into the deepest layers of consciousness, where masks fall away and you begin to recognize your true face.
After a lifetime spent adapting, protecting ourselves, and responding to the expectations of others and society, we often end up identifying with roles and patterns that do not truly represent us.
This path is an invitation to pause and look with honesty at the masks we “wear” every day, in order to rediscover what is authentic and essential.
Through practices inspired by shamanic traditions and symbolic work with masks, we come into contact with the different parts of ourselves: those that have protected us, those that have hidden away, and those that are still waiting to be revealed to our awareness.
It is deep work, yet accessible to everyone, that brings together inner experience and awareness in the present moment.
It is not about “becoming someone new,” but about removing what is no longer needed, to make space for what we truly feel we are — our authentic Self.

• exercises in awareness and inner listening
