Maneesha James

Maneesha has been a sannyasin for the past fifty-one years. Osho’s personally appointed editor, she is also the author of a trilogy that Osho refers to as “the historical documentation of my work.” (Currently, Osho: The Buddha for the Future, the first of the three books, is available as an ebook and an audiobook).
Co-creator of OSHO Bardo meditation, Maneesha also conducts workshops and individual sessions online, as well as at OIMR, Pune, India, and in various other parts of the world.
Maneesha James is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor (S.R.N., R.M.N., S.C.M.), with extensive experience in both individual and group work. She is a meditation facilitator, educator, and a guide in processes of personal transition and transformation.
She is a member of the BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the UK’s leading professional body for counsellors and psychotherapists.
For many years, she has been integrating clinical expertise with meditative approaches, offering deep, conscious support to those seeking to live a more authentic and centered life.
