Sudhir

Sudhir visited India for the first time in 1986, began his spiritual studies at an ashram yoga in Kerala and obtained the certification as teacher. He went on travelling and one year later he met Osho in Pune, where he stopped for 11 years.
He participated, and later led, the Osho Counselling workshop. After years of practice in meditation, Inner Child Therapy, Bioenergetics, Breath Therapy, Group Dynamics, NLP, Hellinger Family Constellations, Stress Management and many more holistic healing techniques, he began to travel around the world to lead courses at personal growth centers in Europe and the US.
He facilitates the “Men’s Liberation” process in Osho’s communes in India, Germany, Sweden and Denmark for over 25 years.
