This workshop explores how we can grow in love rather than experience a fall from love.
Healthy relating begins with recognising our own needs, learning to communicate them, and at the same time developing the capacity to respect the needs of the other.
Yet we often project unfinished experiences from childhood onto the person we are relating to, while they may do the same with us. In this way, old patterns can become the source of recurring conflicts.
When we understand what still needs completion from our past, we become more capable of relating in the Here and Now—giving and receiving love while maintaining our independence and inner freedom.
Relationship and relating can become an expression of playfulness, intimacy, and joy, rather than a source of suffering.
This course is for anyone who wants to:
• understand the underlying causes of relationship conflicts
• discover what prevents them from experiencing fulfilling relationships
• connect more deeply with natural self-love and inner resources
• recognise and let go of limiting beliefs about themselves and about love
• develop practical tools for relating more consciously
• overcome the fear of being left alone and develop greater trust
• become more open to giving and receiving love
• gain personal insights and heal old wounds
We will explore the understanding that relationship is a learning situation, an opportunity to discover the deeper meaning of love. An opportunity to use the challenges we encounter as stepping stones towards greater consciousness.
We will work with systemic constellations, playful experiential exercises, and other approaches, gaining practical tools to help us remain connected to an open and spacious heart in everyday life.
Svagito will also work with personal questions from participants and share insights drawn from more than 40 years of experience working with people.
