A special occasion to experience summer in a dimension of celebration and meditation, of play and depth, of sharing and silence of the inner space in the beautiful nature of Tuscany.Miasto is located in the hills of Siena, surrounded by silence and stillness.This year the festival lasts five weeks, a rich and inviting program for an unforgettable experience.Each day we propose morning and afternoon group activities and evening events. Each week a different facilitator leads the events sharing their uniqueness.You can book individual sessions every day: counselling, relaxing or energizing massages.The pool offers group events, meditation techniques and individual sessions to experience the benefits of warm water.For the staying we have a very nice camping, surrounded by a lush green forest of ancient oaks for a minimum of three nights stay.For the occasion, the Zorba restaurant gives its best with tasty and creative vegetarian menus which always ensure, for those who request it, a no-dairy diet.
