THE BREATH OF THE BUDDHAS 3
The third step into the art, science, and mystery of multidimensional breathwork
The Assistant Training is the final step of the advanced training. It is designed for those who wish to learn how to facilitate breath therapy groups and want to experience the training from the perspective of a group leader.
Through targeted teachings, you develop an understanding of group dynamics and learn how to support both the individual and collective learning process by guiding sharing groups.
A new perspective: stepping into the role of assistant
During this module, you participate once again in the three weeks of the breathwork training—for the first time in the role of an assistant. This allows you to increasingly experience the process from the viewpoint of the facilitators.
This part of the Training is intended for those who wish to:
begin facilitating individual breath therapy sessions, or
learn how to lead short group events based on breathwork.
A year of refinement, practice, and supervision
As the third year of the training, this module helps you refine your skills through consistent practice (internship) and the opportunity for personalized supervision in a private session with the facilitators.
Each day includes a one-hour dedicated meeting focused specifically on your training and development as an assistant.
Learning to lead and support the group process
Through focused and specialized teachings, you learn to read group dynamics and to support both individual and collective learning by leading small sharing groups.
Every year of the training increases your level of responsibility.
In the Assistant Training, you take on the role of Meditation Team Leader for a group of students—caring for them and guiding a small team that is learning what you have already integrated.
Stepping into leadership
The third level, Assistant, is a training pathway for those who want to learn how to facilitate breath therapy group events.
In this role, you experience the training more and more from the perspective of a group leader, developing the clarity, presence, and confidence needed to guide others in the breath process.
