Through tools, a clear map, and practical experience, you learn to facilitate a cycle of ten Primal sessions to support the healing process of the inner child.
The Primal Training was created from the desire to share over thirty years of experience in inner child work, developed and nourished within a meditative and present-centered environment.
The understanding transmitted in this training is that the conscious release of any emotion—positive or negative—held or suppressed in our past makes us more open and available to the present, creating space, relaxation, and renewed vitality within and around us.
Through this journey, we can not only reconnect with our true childhood but also receive a new initiation into becoming genuinely adult, authentic, and aware.
