The Art of Letting Go: Aqua Floating and Energywork

A three-day journey of learning let-go and overcoming obstacles when moving into the unknown.The modern world is dominated by the male mind, the left hemisphere brain, while feminine qualities are often neglected. While the left hemisphere brain is efficient and good in solving problems, only by coming in touch with the right hemisphere brain can we experience love, gratitude and enter the spiritual dimension of our being.In this workshop we will learn to give space to our intuition, to our feelings and senses and move into the mystery of non-doing. Every day we will experience aqua floating sessions in a warm water pool that helps us to re-connect to our innate trust and ability to be in a state of let go. This will be further supported by group exercises and guided meditations, where we will re-awaken the intuitive side of our being and nourish our heart.
