A JOURNEY OF AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT, BREATH AND VITAL ENERGY
In this workshop, we immerse ourselves in the deep listening of the body and its subtle languages.
We explore the vital energy that flows through us and expresses itself through movement, breath, and presence.
Yoga is our main gateway, accompanied by the chakra map—an ancient guide that helps us recognize and understand the energetic qualities that inhabit every human being—and by active meditation techniques.
OBJECTIVES
Through specific practices, you will learn to:
• connect with your inner energies
• recognize, harmonize, and allow them to flow freely
• feel your muscles and release physical tension
• perceive the boundaries of your body as spaces of growth and transformation
This journey is designed for those who wish to deepen their connection with the body and open to a profound listening of their tensions, resources, and energetic potential.
THE YOGA PULSATION METHOD
Yoga Pulsation arises from the integration of several traditions and approaches:
• Yoga Anukalana, a fluid style that blends Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Tantra, and dance
• Wilhelm Reich’s Bioenergetics, which works on releasing muscular tensions and restoring the free flow of vital energy
• Osho Active Meditations, powerful tools for deep listening and inner transformation
Each practice becomes an opportunity to rediscover the body as a sacred space of presence and change.

AN INVITATION
Yoga Pulsation is an invitation to fully inhabit your body, to let life flow through you, and to rediscover that living, pulsating presence that is our most authentic nature.
“The whole yoga is a methodology: how to uncover it which is so hidden, how to open the doors within yourself, how to enter the temple that you are, how to discover yourself. You are there, you have been there from the very beginning, but you have not discovered it. The treasure is carried by you every moment. Every breath you take in or out, the treasure is there. You may not be aware, but you have never missed it. You may be completely oblivious, but you have never lost it. You may have forgotten it completely, but there is no way to lose it — because you are it.
So the only question is: how to discover it. It is covered; many layers of ignorance cover it. Yoga tries step by step, slowly, to penetrate the inner mystery. In eight steps yoga completes the discovery. The beginning steps are called bahirang yoga, the yoga of the outside. yam, niyam, asan, pranayam, pratyahar — these five steps are known as the yoga of the outside. The following three, the last three — dharana, dhyan, samadhi — are known as antarang, the yoga of the inside.” OSHO, Yoga: The Alpha and the Omega
