AN EXPERIENCE OF AWAKENING, PLAYFULNESS AND CONNECTION WITH YOURSELF.
What does it mean to truly feel alive?
Not simply to function, do, think, and keep moving forward, but to deeply feel the life moving through us, to be present in the body, in touch with our emotions, our energy, and our inner experience.
There is a quiet “yes” within us — the part that still knows how to wonder, breathe deeply, play, feel, and meet life with openness. A “yes” that, over time, we may have forgotten or covered with tensions, habits, and conditioning.
This workshop is an invitation to awaken it.
Through simple yet powerful tools for awakening awareness, playful practices, enjoyable meditations, and moments of authentic connection, we create a warm and vibrant space where we can meet ourselves — and others — with greater freedom, presence, and lightness.
What we explore and experience:
- Tools that gently awaken awareness, helping us release old tensions and let go of self-destructive patterns and ways of being.
- Playful practices that dissolve heaviness and reconnect us with our natural joy.
- Authentic ways of making friends, with ourselves and with others.
- Meditation that feels enjoyable, alive, and nourishing, rather than something we have to practice through effort or force.
- Moments of celebration, laughter, and genuine “yes” energy, allowing us to rediscover the joy of being here and of fully participating in life.
There is no need to arrive in any particular way.
You may be feeling stuck, curious, tired, full of questions, or simply longing for more life.
Whatever your starting point, this workshop is an opportunity to remember that you are already enough, and life is already here, ready to meet you.
Because life is not something to survive.
It is something to feel, live, and celebrate.
Come just as you are.
Come to play, connect, awaken.
Come to feel Fully Alive.
“Here, you are to just get a taste of being – of being fully alive, silent, joyous – and everything else will come out of it.” OSHO, Beyond Enlightenment
