We all long for relationships that feel real, intimate, and alive. And yet, something often closes within us. It becomes difficult to truly open, to let ourselves be seen, to feel connected. More often than not, what blocks us is not the relationship itself, but something held in our body.

The body carries past experiences, unexpressed emotions, and the ways we have learned to love and to protect ourselves… all of this is reflected in the way we breathe.

Without even noticing, we begin to live our relationships with a part of ourselves shut down.

In this course, we work with the breath to soften and release these closures. Because intimacy begins here: in our ability to feel, to breathe, and to stay present with what is.

When the breath opens, the body relaxes, emotions begin to flow again, the heart becomes available, and connection with others feels more natural and less forced.
When the breath is free, we are free. When the breath is held, we close — in our emotions, in our body, in our relationships.

Breath is directly connected to our emotions: when we hold back feelings, we also hold the breath. Over time, this creates tension, contraction, and distance from ourselves and others.

In this course, we begin exactly there — with the breath. We gently release what has been held and return to a more natural, spontaneous, and alive way of relating. This is a breath that opens the heart, inviting us to soften and let go.

The breath becomes a doorway to intimacy, depth, and connection.

Through a 3-day experiential journey, we use:

• conscious breathing techniques
• meditation
• body movement
• relational exercises
• group work

to release tension, restore vitality, and rediscover a more authentic way of connecting with others.

In this course, you will experience:

• greater openness and sensitivity in the body
• emotional release
• a deeper, freer breath
• increased capacity for presence and connection
• more space in the breath and a more open heart
• greater energy and vitality
• more authentic connection with others

Throughout this experience, you expand your inner space and discover a new way of relating to yourself and others — more natural, more spontaneous. A sense of lightness and presence begins to emerge. You are invited to experience intimacy not as something to achieve, but as something that naturally happens when you truly begin to breathe.

This course is open to everyone, including those who are new to breathwork.
