People Working With People is a workshop for those who work with people through a relationship of care, support, or guidance. It is designed for practitioners and professionals who offer one-to-one sessions, including bodyworkers, psychologists, psychotherapists, physicians, dentists, session giver and anyone whose work is based on a direct and personal relationship with another person.
Throughout the workshop, you explore and clarify the practitioner–client relationship in order to understand its nature, preserve its integrity, and establish clear and conscious professional boundaries.
Regardless of your background or field of practice—healthcare, education, therapy, law, business, or bodywork—when the boundaries of this relationship are clear and respected, those who accompany others can work with greater ease, authenticity, and presence, creating a space where trust, openness, and vulnerability naturally emerge.
In People Working With People, we explore the many elements that contribute to creating an atmosphere of presence, care, and support. We also examine the deeper motivations that lead us to choose work based on such an intimate relationship with another human being.
This awareness is essential for anyone who works closely with people and wishes to prevent any form of manipulation, dependency, or abuse of power within the helping relationship.
At the heart of the Osho Therapist is love, a love which is aware, conscious, mature, and responsible.
