A Deeper Flow of Love
This seminar is an expanded version of The Flow of Love, a seven-day journey that includes two days in which women and men work separately.
It was created to offer dedicated time to explore our deeper fears of intimacy, mistrust, and the inner models that shape self-love and the way we relate to others.
When we become aware of what each of us brings into a relationship and of what gets triggered as we open more deeply to another person, a new level of connection becomes possible.
One of the central aspects of the Learning Love Work is learning how to make deep intimacy nourishing and how to use the challenges that relating brings as opportunities for growth and maturation.
It is natural that the longer we are together and the more deeply we open to someone, the more challenging the relationship can become—whether with a partner or a close friend.
Without an understanding of the dynamics of love and intimacy, it is easy to get lost in conflict, hurt, misunderstanding and, eventually, separation. Intimacy inevitably brings to the surface deeply buried wounds: disappointments, hurts and frustrations rooted in the unmet needs of childhood.
Unconsciously, we project these old wounds onto our partners and the people we love, and this is where problems often begin.
With a deeper understanding, however, we can move beyond the familiar patterns and dramas that create distance and separation.
During this journey we will explore some of the essential dynamics of loving:
- Learning to live together in mutual respect and love.
- Navigating the delicate dance of melting and separating, learning to come close without losing our own space.
- Bringing awareness to our reactivity and taking responsibility for the expectations we may place on the other person.
- Recognising our strategies and power games, while finding the courage to reveal our vulnerability, fears and insecurities.
- Creating greater compatibility, aliveness and connection in our sexuality.
- Learning the art of communication, developing emotional literacy, and acquiring tools to repair conflicts.
Based on the book The Flow of Love: Restoring Love Flow with Ourselves and Others, this is the only seminar Krishnananda and Amana offer that focuses specifically on the dynamics of intimate relationships. An opportunity to learn a more conscious, authentic and loving way of relating to yourself and others.
It is a beautiful experience to share with a partner, but it is equally valuable to participate on your own. The process offers practical tools for relating in a healthier, more conscious and more empowered way.
Its purpose is to help build relationships rooted not in fear, clinging or avoidance, but in love and meditation.
