Yoga Family is a journey of discovery, play, and connection — a unique opportunity for adults and children to share a different kind of time together: genuine, joyful, and full of wonder.
It’s a chance to be together in a new and creative way, sharing a special experience with mum or dad — or any loving adult who takes care of the child.
A magical space of movement and play.
An experience that transforms being together into a creative adventure made of yoga, games, dance, songs, laughter, breath, and nature.
It’s a space where parents and children can truly meet — outside of daily family dynamics — to rediscover and recognize each other with new eyes, under a new light, through the universal language of body, movement, and heart.
During the weekend, we explore partner poses and interactive games designed to strengthen mutual trust, nurture the relationship, and awaken spontaneity.
Children learn to discover, experiment, and support — and adults can rediscover the joy of being supported, of playing, laughing, and being surprised.
A precious time to grow together… while having fun.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
For children aged 4 to 12, accompanied by a parent or a caring adult who wishes to experience growth, connection, and shared joy.
BENEFITS
Parents will take home a sense of lightness and gratitude — for allowing themselves the luxury of becoming a bit like children again.
They will rediscover authentic connection with their kids, the possibility of sharing without judgment, and the joy of belonging to a small community of open hearts.
Children will experience moments of freedom, play, and loving-kindness, feeling seen, welcomed, and appreciated for who they truly are.
“No conditioning is needed for the children, no direction has to be given to them. They have to be helped to be themselves — they have to be supported, nourished, strengthened. A real father, a real mother, real parents will be a blessing to the child. The child will feel helped by them so that he becomes more rooted in his nature, more grounded, more centred, so that he starts loving himself rather than feeling guilty about himself, so that he respects himself.” OSHO, Zen: Zest, Zip, Zap and Zing
