IMMERSE YOURSELF IN WELL-BEING WARM WATER

Water offers a variety of benefits that involve not only the body but also the mind and emotions. It is an element that naturally expands the sense of well-being and pleasantness and amplifies feelings.

In its warm caress, a multitude of pleasant sensations are awakened, the perception of the body’s boundaries expands, resistance dissolves as  well as tensions, leaving a natural sense of satisfaction and fusion with oneself and the other.

The aquatic environment acts as a bridge to a space of tranquillity and peace where meditation happens naturally and effortlessly.

The feeling of lightness eliminates physical and mental burdens, allowing a more profound connection with your inner self.

During this weekend, experiences are proposed in an alternation of water/land, aimed at acquiring a more significant presence and awareness of the body and emotions by learning to develop one’s ability to take care of oneself to bring out a renewed inner and outer beauty.

WATER EXPERIENCES

AI-CHI: a form of aquatic TAI-CHI to enhance the sense of balance and fluid movement

Elements of WATSU®: floating is the ideal state in which to experience the sense of safety and trust in the arms of the water, we will apply pressure and stretching of meridians and muscle bands to free natural movement and relax deeply

ACTIVE OSHO MEDITATION: some of Osho’s meditations have also been explored in the element of water, with the result of amplifying the effects thanks to the expansion and radiation properties of the element itself; a state of silence and peace will be the gift offered.

DEEP BREATHING TECHNIQUES: breathing in water increases the space for
feeling and the release of tension and emotions.

LAND EXPERIENCES

FREE DANCE: rediscover freedom in the body through movement

BIOENERGETICS EXERCISES: aimed at acquiring a natural vitality of the body and awakening one’s energy

BODY AWARENESS PRACTICES: help develop a new sense of self-empowerment and health.
