Cosmic Cocoon is a deep dive into the wisdom of practicing OBA®, Oceanic Bodywork®Aqua in the healing waters of Sagar.
Water is one of our primary and sacred teacher. Water represents intuition and holds the mysteries of our emotions. By diving into the unknown we can discover new parts of ourselves. By flowing with our feelings we will be purified and healed. You will be guided into the water wisdom with some of the relaxing and nourishing techniques of Oceanic Bodywork®Aqua. By receiving and giving we allow the stagnant emotions and tension in the body to soften. The gentle bodywork offers deep relaxation. It brings clarity and playfulness. Each day will include teaching of the techniques which will be exchanged with a partner, as well as guided meditations and practices to honor the element water.
Cosmic Cocoon is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, to learn and deepen the Bodywork, to relax and rest, filled with Universal Love and Cosmic Laughter.
