QI GONG AND TAIJI: ROOTS, BREATH, AND MOVEMENT
“Put down roots in the earth so you can rise high into the sky; put down roots in the visible world so you can reach the invisible.” OSHO
Modern human beings often live disconnected from their natural center: the navel, the exact point where life began and through which we can still connect to the primordial energy of existence.
This center is often blocked, weak, or ignored—there’s no education and few practices that give it the space it needs to grow and develop.
To create a new, authentic, and grounded human being, it’s necessary to shift the center of life from the head to the abdomen, from the intellect to the living energy of the body.
This course arises from that very intention: to bring presence, awareness, and vitality to the energy center that Taoist traditions call the Lower Dantian. Only those who are well-rooted can truly expand and express themselves fully.
In Taiji and Qi Gong, every conscious movement, every gesture, every action, originates from this center. Deep, slow, regular, and subtle breathing is the key to nourishing it and awakening connection—with the body, with oneself, and with the Whole.
When the body is alive, the heart opens; when the heart opens, consciousness expands.
Embracing Taoist practices and Osho’s active meditations, this course becomes a protected garden to learn how to root yourself in the earth of the body, open in the heart, and blossom into awareness.

“The navel is the center of life. Your life began there, not in the head. Your connection with existence happens through the navel.
If you can breathe from your navel, you will feel a deep peace you have never known. That’s where life is born, and it’s still where it resides.” OSHO, The Book of Secrets
