A sharp mind and an open heart are powerful assets, yet they are both constantly changing and often in conflict. We’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques that enable us to connect with something deeper — our essential nature — that creates a seismic shift in how we experience life.
MAIN PURPOSES
You can learn to be relaxed and aware simultaneously, to manage emotions and the art of inner observation. In addition, by understanding the nature of the mind you’ll be able to use it to help, rather than hinder your meditation. You can also benefit from the Tips to keep meditation part of your life beyond the course.
APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
We’ll use dance, discussion and a wide variety of meditative methods – ranging from those of 30 minutes plus, to others that can be directly incorporated into your everyday life.
