Miasto is located in the hills of Siena, surrounded by silence and stillness.
This year the festival lasts five weeks, a rich and inviting program for an unforgettable experience.
Each day we propose morning and afternoon group activities and evening events. Each week a different facilitator leads the events sharing their uniqueness.
You can book individual sessions every day: counselling, relaxing or energizing massages.
The pool offers group events, meditation techniques and individual sessions to experience the benefits of warm water.
For the staying we have a very nice camping, surrounded by a lush green forest of ancient oaks for a minimum of three nights stay.
For the occasion, the Zorba restaurant gives its best with tasty and creative vegetarian menus which always ensure, for those who request it, a no-dairy diet.
